Dianne Reeves: Christmas Time is Here

Hive (Zgjoi)

Albanian drama Hive (Zgjoi), which received three major prizes at this year’s Sundance Film Festival, is based on the true story of Fahrije — a woman who dares to seek empowerment and independence in her patriarchal village. Fahrije encounters hostility, after uniting the widows of her community to launch a business and carve out a stable existence without their husbands.
