The Village of Rochester Hills to Welcome 5 New Retailers

Plus, two of the other shopping center’s stores are expanding

As it celebrates 20 years in 2022, The Village of Rochester Hills is looking forward to additions and expansions, starting with the opening of the two-story Von Maur. The department store, which has its grand opening on March 19, will carry brands such as Lilly Pulitzer, Vince Camuto, and Tommy Bahama.

β€œWe continue to keep up with industry trends, and constantly pursue unique and compelling new retailers for The Village,” saysΜύMargaux Keusch, senior director of leasing with Robert B. Aikens and Associates, in a press release.Μύβ€œWe’ve had 20 years of success bringing leading retailers here and are excited to celebrate the openings of many more in the future.”

In March, The Village will also open Sawdust & Cider, a pop-up boutique that features Michigan-made goods and offers DIY classes and demonstrations. Come April, the outdoor shopping center will debut new LensCrafters and Madison Reed Color Bar locations. Finally intimate apparel brand Soma will open a store in the summer.

The Village’s Center’s Pottery Barn store is also expanding and remodeling. It will remain open during construction, which is estimated to be completed this summer. Apparel shop Evereve is moving across the shopping center to a new space that will be double its current size. The location will also open in the summer.

In recent years, The Village, located at 103 N. Adams Road, has also welcomed Busted Bra Shop, Sundance Catalog, Pandora, Shake Shack, Beauitiphi Aesthetic Boutique,ΜύLight & Loom, and YogaSix to its lineup of retailers.
