The Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit hosted their 2023 Gala + Art Auction on Oct. 13, 2023, in celebration and support of the museumβs educational exhibits and art programs. The evening was presented by A. Alfred Taubman and featured an online art auction, five-star plated dinner with craft cocktails and signature hors dβoeuvres, live music by Detroit artist KESSWA, appearances by Detroit drag artists, and more. The event also honored Malanca Clark, Linda Dresner, and Leni Sinclair, three women who have made extraordinary contributions to the arts in our area and beyond.
