Detroit Auto Show Charity Preview

The Detroit Auto Show Charity Preview has raised more than $123 million for children’s charities in southeast Michigan since its inaugural event in 1976. The 2023 event on Sept. 15 at Detroit’s Huntington Place featured performances by American entertainment award winner Jennifer Hudson and reggae artist Shaggy, along with a ribbon cutting ceremony and sneak peak of this year’s auto show. Organizations benefiting from this year’s preview are Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeastern Michigan, the Children’s Center, The Children’s Foundation, Detroit Auto Dealers Association Charitable Foundation Fund, Detroit PAL, and University of Michigan Health C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital.
