Winter and its bone-chilling temperatures are in full effect, imposing a weekend agenda to be spent indoors. The DTE Beacon Park Foundation and Downtown Detroit Partnership have arranged February Flicks, a month-long movie-festival starting Feb. 2 at no cost.
