Northville Art House debuts its 16th Annual Members Exhibition on Feb. 18. The show will feature original work by more than 70 artists who belong to the nonprofit art facility.

Northville Art House launched its Members Exhibition shortly after its founding in 2005. The facility, located at 215 W. Cady St., offers a variety of membership tiers that allow participants to get discounts on things like educational classes, exhibition entry fees, and items in the facility’s Artisan Store. And of course, members have the opportunity to enter their work in the annual exhibition.

The annual exhibition is meant to be interactive β€” Northville Art House is inviting the public to select their favorite works through the Members Choice Awards. The top five artists will receive a gift package.

β€œThe members exhibition is annually one of my favorites as visitors have the opportunity to view and contemplate work being created by artists from the community,” says Ryan Kaltenbach, creative director and membership coordinator for Northville Art House, in a press release. β€œThe addition of the Members’ Choice Awards, instituted in 2021, enhances the experience both for ourΜύpatronsΜύas well as our member artists, who are both at the heart of our mission.”

The exhibition opens with a free public reception from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday. It will be on display through March 19.

Visitors can see the show in person during gallery hours, which are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Northville Art House will also display the show through a virtual exhibition platform on its website. Works will be available to purchase in person, by phone, and through an online store.
